If I could leave a zero I would. First their ATM takes money off our card and they act like they have ZERO responsibility for it. Second, AMBER hung up on my husband when we were calling to speak to a supervisor to attempt to rectify the situation. We were forced into banking with this business due to a buyout. Bank with First Tennessee especially this branch if you want your money to be in jeopardy and if their ATM messes up it isnt their fault according to the employees of this branch.
