This bank is an absolute MESS. Our business was a Capital Bank customer until the merger .. and we sure miss them! I spent over an hour and half at this branch on June 1st demanding answers on unauthorized account activities done by banking representatives, never receiving answers. During my “long visit” I observed customers forced to stand in line for extended periods to conduct banking transactions as only two tellers were available, with one of the two working the drive thru window at the same time!
