Since this bank has merged/taken over the Capital Bank-US in the Carolinas, Florida, etc. the conversion has.been a TOTAL disaster. The online banking system is fraught with errors throughout especially the bill pay system. I have multiple incidences of legitimate payments to my payees be delayed or incorrectly handled.
