First Tech Federal Credit Union is still violating my FCBA rights, among others. They are also providing a poor customer service experience. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my credit card, which I reported. They then said because I was in possession of the card, that the complaint would be closed. However, I told them I was not in possession, so that is inaccurate to say I was.
