I have worked with both Rupal and Lowie at the Sammamish location. They were both extremely friendly and easy to work with. I felt comfortable calling them at any time and asking any questions I had. Additionally, they are willing to go the extra mile to help members with their banking needs, including staying open an extra 30 minutes and processing requests at the location as quickly as they can.
