Have worked with Alex at Fort Collins office to help set up my daughters with debit cards and separating accounts from us (parents), as they both became adults and going to college. He is always patient, helpful, and proactive...in person and by phone. Would recommend!
The team at this branch is stellar. I am in this location multiple times a week, everyone who has helped me is customer service driven and always puts a smile on my face. Alex, Julian, Sasha and Michelle are time efficient and personable. They make dealing with your finances a breeze!
I went to First Tech to open some accounts as well as become a member. Sasha Dzhamay was very helpful with opening our multiple accounts and explaining the terms. He answered all our questions and got us in and out in a timely manner.
I met with Jenni Hargan at Fort Collins office regarding options for large fixed rate mortgages. She was extremely helpful and showed me how to access relevant info. She put me in touch with a mortgage lender. Also explained new promos on cd. Overall I think Jenni is great.
