Our accounts were hacked yesterday. First Tech CU froze our accts so that damage would be minimal. Sasha set up our new accounts, transferred all the monies to the new accounts, ordered new cards and checks, set up beneficiaries, and showed us how to use Apple wallet. Sasha will also help us dispute the one hack that got through. Super helpful! Patient and kind. Thank you so much Sasha!
