When I tell you at one point I thought this was the best tax preparer in the City of Pensacola florida, however I have come to realize that they are one of the most unprofessional tax preparer companies that I have ever came in contact with, is porterfield and her staff refuses to contact return calls or anything they stay on the website that they are open they have a phone number that is not in service and when you're trying to reach out to them and leave information for them to call you you have forever to receive a phone ... read more
I have been coming to this company for several years now. I have never had a problem with the processing of my taxes or customer service. The owner is respectful and the workers are happy :) Come here to file you most definitely will not regret it.
I had a pleasant experience at First Tax Pros! The staff was friendly. I was asked if I wanted something to drink. Most tax places do not offer. I will be returning next year for tax service.
