I tried calling about a major safety issue for over half a hour still no answer of continuous calling. These people have our children on their busses and refuse to answer the phone. Safety concerns and not one person to answer a phone. Unprofessional business. I don't know why Syracuse has a contract with such indecent company. Answer your phones. Had another incident and was told the bus driver had something more important than to pick up my child. Complete idiots and their dispatch responders are rude and will just hang up... read more

Amazing how incompetent this company is. Its staff is unprofessional and irresponsible to say the least. You’d be better off having your child walk to school blindfolded
