This is a sad business and needs to be closed they are sooooo rude and don’t know proper English or the correct definition to the words that come out of others mouth and about them,if we all call attorney General keep making complaints to them something will happen because Brenda the owner just rude as them remember it always starts from the head if the head management disrespectful and rude what do you expect from her Employees???we all need to come together to get this business shut down she been doing this to long.

This is my 2nd year dealing with first student and it's met again with bullying, aggressive, unsafe drivers and management that doesn't correct the issues.This particular driver has a 5min window between 6;20am-6:25am for my stop, she does a uturn in the middle of Horrell st, coasts to the stop from 6:18-6:19am, opens her door 6:20 pushing her brake quickly not stopping and pulling off in front of my kids. I haven't been here for a long time, however; when I did go, everyone was so kind and polite. I went back 2 days ago and it was so ridiculous and the people were cruel to me and others. It was very sad because me and several other people watched the volunteers putting tons of food in their own cars and giving a ton of extras to their "people." So sad but true!
