I work for first student in Canada, and can honestly say for each passing year I'm getting more frustrated. Each run I get is shorter, they no longer fix the bus right away. The majority of our buses are at a park out yard with no lights, washroom, or indoor facility. All these drivers huddle in their frozen cars in winter -40, and we can't idle the buses more than 3 min.
