Reliable service, nice people, good prices and location. We’ve rented here for a few years now and have never had a problem.
I had an outstanding experience getting heat molded boots here. When I came back in after wearing them for a few days skiing, they were great at making fine tuned adjustments. I demoed a pair of skis and bought those as well. Super knowledgeable staff and super friendly

Don’t understand why this store has a review of 4.9. Went there Sunday for rentals. The staffs’ attitudes are very bad. And on their website they say they have several options for intermediate ski rentals. But when I went there, they only have one type of Nordica ski. You don’t get to choose. The intermediate package has no difference to the beginner one. And their skis for advanced package are also very limited. I couldn’t even find a ski for my height. Lady at the front desk yelled at us for returning our skis early. Never happened before. YIKES. Detlef was the reason this wasn’t 1 star. True gent! Good pricing but customer service on a Sunday morning wasn’t very good. Disappointing
