Nice facility with great personal attention.
Great facility with caring staff
As a SCI, I've been a client of First Steps Wellness Centre since it first opened in 2019, at that time I depended on my family for everything now I'm 100% independent. The staff and students are great, they make custom programs to meet individuals needs and goals. Staff treat everybody with respect and make us feel at home. At First Steps, they hold functions annually like Golf, Wheelchair Curling, Christmas, etc., we love attending because it's fun and we get to meet other clients and their families. I encourage everybody with limited functional mobility to workout First Steps. The therapists are understanding and willing to help. It's a great place to be, to work out!!
I have only good things to say about FSWC! The quality of the therapy is great and the therapists are caring and knowledgeable. The community there is so welcoming. FSWC really improved my quality of life and confidence as someone with a SCI.
