If I could give zero stars, I would. Since the school starts, In just four months, I’ve had over 20 complaints, yet nothing has improved. My child’s 6:30 AM pickup often doesn’t arrive. There have been days the bus didn’t show up until 9:00 AM, and the bus has failed to pick them up after school multiple times, leaving my special needs child waiting in harsh weather. I would love to give them a zero, Poor customer service (AWFUL) The don’t pick the children up repeatedly, They’ve forgotten my child at his school a few times. And their excuse is the bus is broken down. It is obvious they have staffing issues and cannot provide the adequate services to DOE children.

Awful- disorganized-they’re in over their heads and get mad a parents who are forced to get to work late and find back up care. I’ve been dealing with nonsense since Dec . There’s no way to contact a manager- everyone is frustrated when you speak to them. Well at least you’ll are getting paid and have a job. Parents that have to deal with this company please give your job a heads up - you will be late due to unreliable services. Or you may have to leave early to pick up your child from work because they forgot them at school... read more

This bus company is so disorganized on top of that the staff the drivers and the matron are all nasty in attitude and disrespectful. They don’t work with the parents expect us to just deal with these people who are disgusting. And to trust them with our kids. I don’t trust his driver and matron and they refuse to change them or even help me.

My son has special needs and is non verbal, he gets picked up and dropped off using this bus company for JCC Staten island. The bus assistant Angelica is a disgusting person. Always has an attitude since the first week because I brought up my son having a big knot right after coming off her bus. His teacher contacts me as soon as she puts him on and reassured me it wasn’t from school. Had a staff member witness her snatching his hat off his head and taunting him not wanting to give it back.
