As i read the other reviews on here, im not surprised. Today i witnessed a Thomas Bus School bus driver driving insane on the southern state, speeding, weaving in and out of traffic whiplashing the children inside I caught up to him eventually and tried to him calm down and slow down. He flipped me off and continued on his way. I called in to complain about him. Please remove your children from this company IMMEDIATELY. If I could give zero stars, I would. Since the school starts, In just four months, I’ve had over 20 complaints, yet nothing has improved. My child’s 6:30 AM pickup often doesn’t arrive. There have been days the bus didn’t show up until 9:00 AM, and the bus has failed to pick them up after school multiple times, leaving my special needs child waiting in harsh weather. I would love to give them a zero, Poor customer service (AWFUL) The don’t pick the children up repeatedly, They’ve forgotten my child at his school a few times. And their excuse is the bus is broken down. It is obvious they have staffing issues and cannot provide the adequate services to DOE children.

Awful- disorganized-they’re in over their heads and get mad a parents who are forced to get to work late and find back up care. I’ve been dealing with nonsense since Dec . There’s no way to contact a manager- everyone is frustrated when you speak to them. Well at least you’ll are getting paid and have a job. Parents that have to deal with this company please give your job a heads up - you will be late due to unreliable services. This bus company is so disorganized on top of that the staff the drivers and the matron are all nasty in attitude and disrespectful. They don’t work with the parents expect us to just deal with these people who are disgusting. And to trust them with our kids. I don’t trust his driver and matron and they refuse to change them or even help me.
