Look no further if you need holistic, dedicated, informed, caring and professional physiotherapy. I was very fortunate to have found the talented Jess whose care has been nothing short of phenomenal. While it is unfortunate that I need physiotherapy treatment, I consider myself lucky to receive it here. Shout out to the kind Kim who makes everyone feel welcome in this space.

I don’t have enough good things to say about First Step Physio. Front desk people are the sweetest and kindest and everyone is very friendly. Eli is incredibly knowledgeable about all things and has helped me through frozen shoulder, a bad hip, TMJ and neck problems. Your time will fly by even as you can have discomfort from the treatment. He is usually booked up but when you put yourself in a cancellation list a spot frees up pretty fast.
There is no one better informed than Eli.
