Great staff, but was sent right back into harms way all because they didn’t want me to lose my “housing”. After being abused, they told me I should go back home to avoid losing my housing. Needless to say my abuser snuck through my window, and police had to get involved. I’m scared for my life, but I guess they don’t care.

I had stayed in this facility for 43 days in the year of 2023. Gladys was my case manager and encouraged me to obtain employment; I'm self employed and as a freelance sign language interpreter for the State of Texas I obliged. I had a decent experience there, but they have one employee named Danielle that is rude, disrespectful, and doesn't belong there. I wound up leaving before the I wanted to because she is not compassionate and unprofessional and the manager doesn't even want to hear a client's side of the story. Overalli I would say this place is minimally helpful and their resources are limited.
