Everyone seems very friendly. Dr. Roeske seems very thorough. However their portal leaves a lot to be desired. An update has removed all my records so I don't see visit summaries or test results anymore. Messages on the portal go unanswered because it isn't being used. And the authorization process (for special imaging) is a nightmare. My insurance gave me a 3 page list of places I can use, but for some reason, the person putting together the authorization could not find any of them. The diagnosis was correct and the recommendations/treatment plan was also good. The support team was friendly, caring and accomodating! Highly recommend this facility.
