I had a very disappointing customer service experience with Sarah Gomez, who identified herself as the supervisor. During our conversation, I indicated that I had another question, but she hung up on me before allowing me to finish. I found the interaction to be unprofessional and discourteous. I hope additional customer service training is provided so that customers are treated with patience, respect, and professionalism.
This is one of the strangest, most rude and predatory debt collectors that I have ever encountered. I was a pregnant patient seeking care for 1. Pregnancy 2. Psychiatric care while pregnant 3. An autoimmune disease while pregnant. With my first child I had a devastating outcome. I heard their client (unbeknownst to me at the DOSs) CWC was excellent. I found out the hard way they were not. Constantly harrasing and cold calling.
Horrible experience from Sara. She was rude and extremely unprofessional and refused to give me information on the debt, etc, just stating they already sent something in the mail: when I asked if she could email it, she said she’s spent enough time on my case and hung up. She hung up on me twice. I continue to receive several calls a day and am clueless as to why
Just like most of the other reviewers, they claim I owe a balance to them that I NEVER received a notice about. I have NEVER heard of this company and now they are claiming I have owed them for an entire year and had the nerve to say that I ignored the notices they ‘sent’ me. Straight out accusing me. SARA was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me when I told her that I have already requested proof from my doctor’s office just to verify that I actually owe this balance before paying a sketchy company over the phone.
