I paid off my car loan on June 19th. After waiting for 6 weeks for my title to be mailed to me. I called and was told that they would mail it to me. So now it's 2.5 months later and it's still not here. I called again this morning. I was lied to. The man said that I offered to come get it. Never happened as I have severe mobility issues. Apparently they have lost the title to my car. They are insisting that I must have lost it even though I never received it.
