McKenzie is great but the policies on the mobile banking app are inconsistent and completely ridiculous. Getting started at this thing was horrendous and took 6 months to get iron out. I kept staying here because it was a bank that my family had used for years but when I tell you I'm sort of over it it's not even though. I plan to remove my money soon and find a new banking home.
