I really like this bank. I've been to more than one of their branches and had a great experience in all of them. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but unfortunately, in the techno world we live in, I find their online system is horrible. It's antiquated and very difficult to navigate. It's impracticable NOT user friendly. It's strange as a customer because everything from the buildings to the staff seem "state of the art" and "current" but not the online system.
