Been banking here about a month. Switched over from US Bank because the closest one is festus, and being a business owner I have to deposit money frequently. At least 5 times in the last month, the atm has not let met deposit or withdraw money. the whole point I switched banks was to do exactly that. They also set me up a business checking that charges a fee for more than 30 transactions a month. Who owns a business that doesn’t do more than 30 transactions a month?
I’ve used this bank as a child with the Junior Savers account to now an adult (roughly 20 years) and I have had nothing but positive experiences! When I stop by I usually see Cindy who always takes care of me. If you’re looking for a bank that gives you more of the “small town” feels where everyone knows your name, this is the bank. They are very personable and kind!
Some of the workers do not know what the counts are. So it took multiple trips when it could have been completed the first time.
