I’ve used this bank as a child with the Junior Savers account to now an adult (roughly 20 years) and I have had nothing but positive experiences! When I stop by I usually see Cindy who always takes care of me. If you’re looking for a bank that gives you more of the “small town” feels where everyone knows your name, this is the bank. They are very personable and kind!
Some of the workers do not know what the counts are. So it took multiple trips when it could have been completed the first time.
I like to stop at this branch to do night deposits since I hardly ever can get there during business hours. However, this is the second time I haven't been able to deposit my checks or money because they refuse to keep their deposit envelopes stocked outside. The bin was literally completely empty! Hard to actually use a bank if you can't put your money in it! If I'm using the night deposit because it's hard to get there during normal hours, it is equally difficult for me to get there and collect a stockpile of envelopes to ... read more
