Over a week and a half ago I used one of there ATMs and it kept the money and took it out of my account here I am 10 business days later still no refund. They said basically since I didn't bank with them there isn't anything they can do so I'm out 40$.
This ATM basically stole $80 from my door dash crimson Card account it didn’t dispense the money and the transaction went through as a withdrawal! I go home empty handed after a grueling evening of door dashing! I’m extremely
Don't bother calling with problems. They won't be resolved. Only way to get ANYTHING done is to be there. And if you have legitimate fraudulent money coming out of your account they literally don't not get it back.they just cancel your card and tell you to come in for a new one.
