Overall I enjoy banking at FSCB however, the teller was rather rude and did not complete my transaction. She talked to me like I was an absolute idiot and had no idea what a beneficiary was. I ended up having to call customer service and the woman that helped me was super nice and apologetic for the tellers poor behavior.
Deliberately ignores you when telling them which account to put your money in. Apparently they choose where they want your money to be kept.
Great folks, easy access, fraud department is spot on and customer service is top shelf! Best place to back!
Easy to access drive thru, good parking lot, large screen on ATM.
Absolutely worst bank ever ! Do not use this bank . My wife has had social security checks for our son for 6 years no issues . Then out of no where they start treating her like a criminal and won’t let her cash it turned her away ! Her own bank . And it’s a check in her name from the government to be cashed so either the employees are judging and turning people away on how they look or there is a new law u can’t cash ssi checks without the babies signature
