I’ve had exactly one issue with customer service between 4 different branches over the 6ish years I’ve banked here, my issues are technical and logistic. The breaking point was the inability to access my bank with my new job. This bank is local, which is great! Except they have 0 branches in St Louis north of Arnold. And any nearby branches are only open 8-5 M-F, which, conveniently, are standard working hours for many people. Unfortunately this place has gone way down hill over the past few years. The employees are overworked and rude…every time I have come in the past few occasions there’s been some sort of issue that everyone is stressed out about, either with a customer, or amongst themselves. There’s no point in having a drive thru if you’re going to take everyone in the lobby first and make the drive thru wait. It should not take me 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru to be helped. At this rate I’m going to have to switch banks because I can’t go on my work breaks with these long wait times, and I can’t go after work because you close so early.
