Mitch is THE BEST! He has went out of his way several times in the past 15 years of my banking here! He is THE REASON I stay banking here! ☮️
Unfortunately this place has gone way down hill over the past few years. The employees are overworked and rude…every time I have come in the past few occasions there’s been some sort of issue that everyone is stressed out about, either with a customer, or amongst themselves. Either way, it’s unprofessional and (while I cannot speak for others) puts a type of tension in the air that makes you feel anything but welcomed. There’s no point in having a drive thru if you’re going to take everyone in the lobby first and make the drive thru wait. It should not take me 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru to be helped. At this rate I’m going to have to switch banks because I can’t go on my work breaks with these long wait times, and I can’t go after work because you close so early.
We have been with them for over 60 yrs. Always get great customer service there and on the phone. And the fraud department is fantastic
