A great bank to get a loan from, not the best bank to set up a checking or savings account with. I've had two loans with FSCB, and my experience was great with them. However, they do tend to charge more fees than some other banks in the area. 5/5 to their lending department, 3/5 for their other personal banking matters.
Horrible bank they double charge for simple things then take weeks to get you your money back, it takes forever to update your balance so you get charged ridiculous fees for zero reason, absolutely no help at all, and the cards decline absolutely everywhere when you have plenty of money in your account id go to any bank but this one
I would rate this bank zero stars if possible. If you're in the market for a new bank, I suggest considering other options.
The staff is doing a superb job there,and very respectful. I just don't like the app system It so frustrating throughout the weekend. The account won't deduct the amount,I got to wait until Monday at 8:00am to see what I spent. Then I'm owing overcharge fees,because it's not posted. I think it should be adjusted a little more.
The staff is friendly, but the bank's policies are incredibly frustrating. They charge high annual fees for a checking account. They limit the money you can spend on your checking account in a day to an unreasonably low amount that you can't change. Our cards never work when we try to buy groceries, even though the money is on the account. The app requires a ridiculously long password, then still doesn't let you log in.
