I would rate this bank zero stars if possible. If you're in the market for a new bank, I suggest considering other options.
The staff is doing a superb job there,and very respectful. I just don't like the app system It so frustrating throughout the weekend. The account won't deduct the amount,I got to wait until Monday at 8:00am to see what I spent. Then I'm owing overcharge fees,because it's not posted. I think it should be adjusted a little more.
The staff is friendly, but the bank's policies are incredibly frustrating. They charge high annual fees for a checking account. They limit the money you can spend on your checking account in a day to an unreasonably low amount that you can't change. Our cards never work when we try to buy groceries, even though the money is on the account. The app requires a ridiculously long password, then still doesn't let you log in. What a great bank to deal with! I had to wire money from my account with FSCB to another bank to payoff a car loan. Shelby was a great help with that. She definitely went above & beyond when it came to trying to get the lien release from the other bank. She spent an extended amount of time on the phone & sending emails to get the lien release quickly. Thank you Shelby. Your helpfulness & awesome attitude was greatly appreciated!
