This bank very obviously doesn't care about anyone's safety or well-being. there's a foot of snow on the ground and the employees that work so diligently to help us customers are forced to go in or use PTO. how am i suppose to believe this bank cares about community while putting the lives of their own employees on the line?
I’ll be patiently awaiting a response on how it seems responsible to send their employees out in life threatening conditions on the road.. and offer them a chance to use their (minimal) PTO as a way to stay safe in over a foot of snow on unplowed roads. This bank clearly does not care about community if it can’t even give a single care about its own people.. very saddening
