Apparently they will close your account if you reach 0.00 and not notify you about it. I went and deposited a check, they accepted it, never said a word about them closing my account (while charging me $5 to reopen it) and also never let me know that it would take a couple days for my debit card to work again. I called and talked to someone that same day about my card not working, they supposedly fixed it, still never let me know why my card wasn't working.
