Fantastic customer service! Came in pretty stressed about a situation regarding my account, the person who helped me out was super fast, efficient, and friendly (thanks Chad!). It's good to know there are great, professional people working here.
Every time I come to the branch on Parallel, near the Legends, they get something wrong. Whether that be shorting a deposit I have given them, not depositing my money at all, or letting customers sit in the drive-thru for an atrocious amount of time before acknowledging them. The most recent time I went (6/11/24) they once again tried to short my cash deposit by $100. I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that as it has happened at this location before.
