The tazewell Tennessee branch has some of the best relationship bankers by far I've banked there for years and they have gone above and beyond what they had to do to provide me with exactly what I needed. thank you Brook shortner, jaylen and Jarrod to many more years of business. Absolute worst bank too use if you are taking out a home loan. The bankers NEVER answer the phones nor do they return messages. Very unprofessional management, especially from the New Tazwell location. If you are planning to take out a loan or even a simple checking account, run far away from FSB. They are money hungry, greedy, and love to add in surprise fees.
I love FSB of the SE. They always answer their phone and they are not money hungry and they help you every step of the way. Always a smiling face. They've been my bank for a while and will be for a long while. Highly recommend this bank.
