I live 800 miles away and still keep my checking account with First State Bank. Best staff ever!! Totally professional but also congenial and friendly. They make sure my banking needs are taken care of and seem to have a highly functional tag-team system for getting issues to the people who need to deal with them. All that, but I also always feel a personal and human connection that is truly our great hometown vibe.
The First State Bank’s O’Fallon branch provides an excellent banking experience. They are always friendly and helpful.
