We sat here with my mother for 20 minutes plus and still haven’t gotten to the people.
Horrible customer service. Easier and more convenient to drive to Tulsa. Waste of time.
Expect them to always put a ridiculous hold on your deposits. If they are able to at all they will. They will tell you that the bank the check is from wouldn't confirm the money is there, but that is a definite lie. The normal time for it to clear is 2-3 days, they will make you wait 7 or more business days
