My experience with this bank in one word: BEWARE! This bank is unethical. They were not honest about my refi's, and when compared to other banks in the area, they will rip you off. I felt like they could care less about me as a customer. If they can find a way to screw you over once they get you as a member, they will. They have no integrity or compassion for their customers.
