I had a horrifying experience with this bank. They continously overdrafted an account that wasn't supposed to be able to have overdraft for ten months charging me overdraft fees. The overdraft was a student loan i was well ahead of my payments on and it was understood no overdraft. Then when I lost my wallet and had nothing but my social security card and the fact that I had had an account with them for sixteen years I went to get some money out of my savings.
