The worst bank ever. There automated teller service where you call to get balance is always messing up locking me out of my account and I have to keep calling the branch to get it unlocked. Half the tellers up there are clueless. Horrible!!!
First State is a great personable bank, and the folks at this branch in particular are top notch. Amanda and Aaron are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to maintain relationships, above and beyond what I think a customer should expect. Pay attention big banks, this is what banking should really look like!!
Do not use this bank!!! They are the most incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. The tellers are incompetent!!!! This bank is a joke! Will be filing numerous complaints on Layla and I will find out the other tellers name. Don't risk it!
