Everyone here is friendly and helpful. They listen and treat you like their family. It's better than the other place I've been at. They resolved a problem that happened to my account and it was great knowing they took care of their customers

Extremely friendly and helpful. We moved our accounts here from an unnamed "too big to fail" bank (Chase) after finding that big banks have no commitment to the community ( or their customers).
