My wife and I visited the Romeo Plank branch today with the intention of opening a savings account. The first teller to speak to us seemed to be new at the job. While pleasant, she informed us that she didn't have the ability to open accounts and that the other teller in the lobby seated next to her would be able to do that. Teller #2 never spoke to us, continued to work on what ever she was involved in, and never updated us. Eventually we walked out when we realized that we were not a priority.
