Definitely not your friendly neighborhood bank. I went in to open a new account and the girl at the teller line tried to be helpful but she made it clear she was new to banking. Instead of supporting her and working with her the branch manager Maria left her to “figure it out on her own.” I ended up using chatGPT to answer the question I had on calculating monthly interest rates since the manager could not be bothered.
