Since the technology upgrade, I can't get into my account. Tried just resetting my password & it says it "can't find my account". That's one heck of an error they better fix.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They always try makes their customers feel welcome and enjoy building a rapport. I enjoy banking here.
They actually allow ppl like this to run a bank .....I'm going back to my old credit union. They at least have tellers with a diploma and able to answer simple questions. The one lady I got on the phone even questioned wether or not she was the manager.
