I have been a member of first state bank for 12 years and always more than satisfied with their services. My home bank is the Wilmington ohio terminal and every one of the girls are extremely helpful and friendly! Thank you for the many years of service first state
This is Travis Adams. My son is Jonah. Anyways, Kourtney Harris helped me at the Wilmington branch and did a great job in getting me set up to pay my bills online which helped simplify things for me and helped save me gas as well. YES! 5 STARS!
Kourtney is absolutely 💯 👌 fantastic. She is extremely knowledge and helpful always. And Brandie is marvelous also. So when Cam moves up, one of these ladies better get his position.
This is the best bank I've ever been with. No horrible hidden policies or procedures, staff who actually care and will communicate, do their job well, and will be personable and be playful as we should be able to in the social world we live in. It is a breath of fresh air to bank with these amazing people. I enjoy every single time I walk through their doors and honestly is the best branch for this bank.
