I have had nothing but a great experience with First State Bank of Illinois Mendota branch. Mariella is a true star who was able to quickly correct a few things that happened recently. The staff are always the best. I am "protective services" and have had to leave the country a few times. I no longer live in Illinois but I keep my account active with them. They have caught fraud on my account to include my own brother who thought I had died and decided to try to cash in.
First State Bank was a fantastic partner in purchasing our first investment property. The bank worked side by side with us as both a resource and a partner to make sure we put ourselves in the best position possible. Everyone at the bank was very responsive, professional, and great to work with, and the attention/support we’ve received after purchasing the property has been just as amazing as the original process.
These guys are great! Everything we go in, they know us by name and treat us amazingly. If yall need a place that will treat you like a human, have your back, take care of you and make sure your money is safe and taken care if look no further. I can't brag enough!
I was struggling with my login information and I contacted the bank. Andrea was the biggest help and my problem was solved Immediately. She is so amazing and informative I am so happy that I switched to First State Bank.
