Asked for my Id claiming not to know me but the woman working with her has seen me in and out the bank since middle school and running around since elementary. Calls me out by name when I’m there usually and was standing right there busy with children behind the counter. Spent 10-20 mins here waiting for someone that was clearly untrained and the other person seemed to be ok with the long wait times.
