I love this bank. Great service and always willing to help. My debit card has been hacked twice because I use it for everything. The fraud dept. Is right on top of everything and I can get a new card in about 15 minutes! Home town banking at its best!
I have been with this bank for years. However, after Mr. Mac passed away I would not recommend this bank to anyone. After he passed away they would not help me with anything that Mac started. The only one I would recommend anyone speak to is Lindsay. She will try to help you with anything you need. Mac started a loan with us right before he passed and told us we had enough collateral to do it, the process was not finished prior to his passing, now the new "loan officer" would not help us in any way.
