I cannot access my paycheck today because the bank is having maintenance issues. I called and the representative did not even offer an apology for the inconvenience or a timeframe of when I'll have access to my money. I've banked here my whole life. It's always been zero care or concern from the staff if there are issues.
Emily the compliance officer has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in a management position. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and have never been treated the way I was today on the phone. The passive aggression is so inappropriate and foul. Will be closing my account out with them.
