Everything is a challenge at this bank. I opened the account with a cashiers check from the bank of an attorney. It took 2 weeks for FSB to approve the deposit. Also, even tho they receive my deposits a 1 to 3 days early, unlike every other bank I've dealt with, they hold them till the 1st of the month, no matter when they receive the transfer. The debit card doesn't work as often as it does work??? The bank is so far behind times that you still can't use venmo because the bank rejects the test deposits. I only wish I could ... read more
