Rude nasty Rude nasty worst bank ever in Onalaska tx don't even want to help they just need to shut down that bank if they can't do any better then they do run from that bank as fast as you can
Very nice bank tellers.
What is the point of a bank account when they don't let you use your money? Cards locked, external transfers blocked, bill pay not allowed. You can go in person and call on the phone and they still don't let you use YOUR money how you choose. This is beyond fraud protection. They have old archaic rules and seem to mainly be used by older people who don't need bill pay and app options. The people are friendly, but they need to update and modernize their policies. Who needs a bank that holds their money hostage?
