I've been with this bank for years, never overdrawn, never had any issues, even got my friends, and family to open an account here. But in the past few months I can't tell you how fast that I closed out my personal account with them. Can you imagine having to deal with your grandmother's death. They don’t give you free candy in the tube shooters. Also very mean people.
Both Athens and Malakoff branches are as rude as get in client relations they lie to their on advantage one the clients Owen Lee Robertson and Shelly Don Robertson have over all advantage in this company they still from unexpected victims and allows it to happen. I would not recommend this bank worst enemy. If your thoughts about banking at this institution RUNAWAY BEWARE BAD BANKING POLICIES...
Girls upfront very personable. They were very helpful with my dilemma. I recommend this bank for local banking.
U can't call for balance every number they have is for the Athens location. They can't even print you a debit card. I bank here and will be switching quickly
