Darleen in north aurora was such a big help to me. I had many personal situations to deal with and she was always there to help me. Thank you Darleen
It is so sad to see a bad manager giving hard working employees at this branch a bad reputation and to First State Bank as well. This manager is always unfriendly and clearly gets upset when she is required to assist any customer. Playing games or listing to audio books (quite loud and adult content) or watching shows on her computer is all she does.
