I miss the downtown ATM and the old drive-up. It was so convenient having an ATM on each side of town and the middle; this ATM is almost always out of service though; it’s seems like every time I have to drive out here it’s not working. Despite that everyone who works here are just lovely people. Dang ATM
I have been banking at this branch since it was a small branch inside Grimm's. Hillary, Sarah, and the rest of the staff are the best and I can't see banking anywhere else. We have used them for a couple mortgages and they are great and easy to deal with.
I forgot all the advantages of smaller local banking over national banking banks. I am so very pleased with the decision to leave Citibank after 20+ years to join First State Bank. I have personal and business accounts and lots of banking associated with both. I couldn't be happier. First State Bank can do everything Citibank can do, just better :). Thank you! ~Kristie
