My husband & I have done all of our banking at First State Bank for over 40 years. We've always been happy with them. Great group of people. For the last 2 years, if I have any questions or need help with my accounts, I work with Teri Bemis Cantu. This woman is amazing!! Patient, friendly & VERY helpful!!! Thank you Teri for all you do. We appreciate you.
Great banking experience all the time
Never available to take calls, and the way that some people "greet" me.
I have had this bank for 30 years but since they continue to make the hours impossible I may be forced to leave. Even though I moved to neenah I still kept this bank because it used to be nice and had great hours 7am to 7pm when we first opened an account. Now they don't even want to be open on Saturday and the weekday hours are the same as my work hours so...impossible.
