This is a terrible bank the people that work there are so rude and the supervisor needs to be fired
I drove up to the teller window because the light was on and the blinds were up. I was unsure of open time because I'm new to town. Instead of telling me on the intercom they weren't open yet, the teller just closed the blinds on me. Probably won't be using this bank....not a good first impression.
Sam has gone above and beyond to help me with a car loan!! Five stars, for sure! Can’t thank him enough!!
I have enjoyed many years of doing business at First State Bank. Their entire saff has been helpful and friendly!
